Workshops & Sewing Programs
Each year our chapter schedules one or more national or local sewing professionals to come to our chapter and teach us new techniques, inform us of style trends, pattern fitting, surface design, accessories, using difficult fabrics, draping and anything else that our members would like to learn. Check below for the next program that we have scheduled. Scroll down to the flyer and click on it to view the details. Also scroll down to view pictures of some of our past programs.
Our 2018 Autumn Gala
What a great time everyone had sharing our own creations, parading our fashions, wining raffle baskets, and telling sewing stories over lunch.
We hold programs throughout the year which will help increase your knowledge of sewing. We locate the best teachers and bring them to our chapter for a fun-filled event. We have open sew days at local stores. We have also set up trip to museums to see sewing related exhibits. There is no limit to what you might find us doing on any given day.
At any time we welcome your suggestions as to who you would like to have teach a class for us. If you have ideas, please contact the Program & Education Chair on our Boards page under “About Us”.
